KICKPOST

"KickPost is a platform for Vendors & Distributors to share proprietary information". They had several clients on a legacy system and needed us to take it to the next level. That meant a fresh design and compatibility on mobile.

DesigN

A mobile-first mentality served me well. I designed the entire app for phones then scaled up for Laptops and Desktops. The result is a solution optimized for small screens, and a clutter free layout on larger ones.

Design kickoff to launch was 3 months.

Front-End Tooling

React v16 with Styled System was a game-changer. Bundling styles directly with components increases modularity, decreases cognitive load, and saves a ton of time compared to a traditional .JS & .SCSS setup.

Back-End Tooling

Algolia and GraphQL gave us granular data access and powerful search without the overhead of a custom integration.
